1. General
- By commissioning me you agree to these terms.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or whatever age you have to be to access social media sites in your country) to commission me
- I reserve the right to refuse any commissions that I'm uncomfortable with doing
- If there are commission slots, you may order as many commissions as there are open slots. If slots are not used, you may order up to 2 commissions at a time.
- My art is digital only. No physical goods will be shipped.
- Up to three characters per commission artwork
- I do not take rush orders.2. Usage
- If reposting or using the completed commission, you must credit me
- Do not claim my art as your own
- Do not trace or copy my art
- Commissions are for personal use only
- Do not make NFTs (non-fungible tokens) of my art
- I have the right to use the commissioned art in portfolios and sharing on social media
- If I want to use the commissioned art in another way, I will ask the commissioner for permission first3. Payment
- Full payment must be given before I start the commission.
- Once I confirm the commission with you, I will make a commission widget on my page for you to pay.
- No refunds after I start the commission, unless I find out I cannot complete the commission4. Changes
- The commissioner can choose whether or not they want me to show them the sketch of their commission so that they can look at it and say if they want any changes before I start the lineart
- Changes can only be made during the sketching phase, however the commissioner may ask to view a WIP any time during the making of the commission5. Design Terms

- Once you get the design, you are free to do whatever with it
- Don't claim my designs as your own
- Don't use my designs if you don't own them or without permission - you may get inspired or colorpick my designs, though
- Please credit me whenever you use my designs
- You may co-own my designs with someone else.
- Do not use my designs or art to train AI art generation models
- I have the right to use the images of the original artwork I have made of my designs in art portfolios and etc.
- I will not make character designs that include copyrighted content.
